Meet the Therapist

Hi, my name is Emma Loeb! I know the search for a therapist can be overwhelming, so here are some things to know about me so you can get a better idea of who I am and how we might fit.

Emma Loeb

I grew up in the KC area and am passionate about serving the community that has supported me throughout my life. My favorite part of doing this work is getting to experience the gift of deep relationships with others and being afforded the great privilege of getting to share in life’s most vulnerable moments. When I am not working, I enjoy reading, being outdoors, spending time with my husband and family, and being involved at my church.

I believe we are designed for relationships, and that through these bonds, we come to better know and love ourselves and others. This belief fuels my passion for helping people strengthen the relationships that matter most to them. My Christian faith is foundational to who I am and informs my beliefs as well as deepening my respect for the covenant of marriage and the lasting impact of family bonds.

If you will join me on this journey, I trust that we can foster deeper intimacy in your relationships and greater acceptance of yourself. Together we can work to improve communication, understand how our stories have shaped us, and choose with greater intention how we want to write the chapters ahead.

Who I am in the room

My goal is to show up and meet each client where they are at. I offer a warm and empathetic environment where you can feel heard and known. I value authenticity, so as you show up as your authentic self, so will I. I tend to bring humor into therapy and believe that finding joy is an important part of healing. I also aim to challenge my clients and believe strongly in not compromising truth. My goal is to ensure that you feel capable of making changes while also encouraging you to take the next step even when it is daunting. I will be your biggest cheerleader as we work together towards the life you want to live.
